Serenity bath infusion

Serenity Bath Infusion is designed to help you release all accumulated tension, both physical and emotional. Composed of Epsom salt, known for its soothing and relaxing properties, lavender, known for its calming effect, and chamomile, which promotes relaxation and inner peace, this infusion is a powerful ally for deep relaxation and peace of mind.

When to use it: After a tiring or stressful day, to soothe anxiety and anger, or simply before meditation. Whenever you feel the need to release pressure, this infusion will accompany you in a moment of regenerating calm.

Directions for use: Before you begin, create a calming atmosphere by lighting a candle and preparing the space for calming. As with any ritual, place your intention in your mind and heart, to enhance the relaxing effect of the bath.

• If you have a bathtub: Run hot water and add a handful or two of the infusion to your bath. Let the plants and salt work, and enjoy this moment of total relaxation.
• If you don't have a bathtub: Pour 1.5L of hot water into a basin, add one or two handfuls of the infusion, and let it steep for 15 minutes. Once the plants are removed, use this infusion to rinse yourself after your shower, thus prolonging its soothing effects.

In both cases, you can also use tea bags or balls for convenient and hassle-free infusion.
